Our group training sessions are based on two kinds of programs:

1) regular training programs cycles of four to eight weeks and 2) special training programs during Easter, Summer and Christmas periods. Training will always be supervised by qualified coaches. Each program includes the following types of training sessions:

The body’s ability to generate and use energy is critical for improvement of one’s daily performance and to live longer. These training sessions’ main focus will be muscular endurance and energy systems development.

Work + Rest = Success. Nowadays, human beings are subject to chronic stress levels as never before. Thus the importance of rest and to recover well. These sessions’ main focus will be mobility training and to help the body to recover more effectively.
