SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

TSC Semi-Private Training is our intermediate offer, in which we have 2-3 students working with a coach. In this format, each person will have their individualized training (it’s 15 semi-private sessions to take over a three-month period) and the coach is there to guide each person during the training session and to offer them his/her technical feedback. It’s like a private training session but it requires a little more autonomy and independence from the student. The remaining benefits of private training (unlimited access to Small Group Training, body composition measurement InBody 770, TSC nutrition template and free access to the Training Area) are included. Because we follow the principle “first, do no harm”, the participation in Small Group Training will depend on your physical literacy.
